Business systems consultant

Job Description:

We are looking for Business Intelligence Systems Consultants specializing in ERP, CRM, HRM, and MRP solutions at various experience levels – from beginners to mid-level specialists and experienced experts. Your role will be to assist our clients in implementing, configuring, and customizing business intelligence systems to meet their operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consulting clients on Business Intelligence Systems functionalities, including ERP, CRM, HRM, and MRP solutions.
• Analyzing business processes and recommending the most effective solutions.
• Configuring and customizing systems based on client requirements.
• Providing user training and post-implementation support.
• Collaborating with developers to create tailored solutions.
• Conducting system testing and ensuring quality control.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience with Business Intelligence Systems such as ERP, CRM, HRM, or MRP is preferred, but training will be provided for beginners.
• Understanding of business processes (accounting, warehouse management, sales, manufacturing, etc.).
• Ability to analyze and optimize business processes.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical users.
• Experience in software implementation and consulting is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Latvian, Russian, German, Estonian, or Lithuanian will be considered a priority.
• Experience with Python and technical documentation is a plus (not mandatory).
